Who we are. This site is operated by Blackwell Coffee Co. ("Blackwell," "we," "us"), incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Contact: hello@blackwell.coffee.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when we accept and ship it. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order looks fraudulent — and we'll refund you if we do.

Pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We try to keep everything accurate, but if we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it or cancel the affected order.

Products. Coffee is a natural, seasonal product. Flavours, availability, and origins rotate. We describe each coffee as accurately as we can, but roast profiles and tasting notes are guidance, not guarantees.

Shipping, pickup, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property. The Blackwell name, logo, product names, images, and content on this site are our property and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackwell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Changes. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued use means you accept the current version.
