Espresso Brewing Instructions

  • Dry Dose: 20.5g

  • Wet Dose: 38g

  • Extraction Time: 30-32 seconds

  • Rest Days: 8-10 days

For a delightful espresso, ensure a dry dose of 20.5g, a wet dose of 38g, and an extraction time of 30 – 32 seconds, creating a perfect balance of boldness and smoothness. Let the beans rest for 10-12 days after roasting to capture their full essence.
